Why we exist
The gap we set out to close
Vietnam has excellent, internationally trained cosmetic surgeons and modern licensed hospitals. What it has lacked is the layer that international clients need around them.
Most people considering surgery abroad face the same problems: they cannot verify a surgeon's credentials from another country, they receive prices with no idea what is included, they book a hotel that turns out to be unsuitable for recovery, and if something goes wrong at two in the morning they have no idea who to call.
MediGlow exists to remove all four problems. We do the verification, we itemise the cost, we assess the accommodation against clinical criteria, and we put a named person on the end of the phone. Our clients are not buying a discount — they are buying certainty.

How we work
Principles we will not trade away
We will tell you not to do it
If your expectations are unrealistic, your health makes surgery unwise, or the procedure you want is better done at home, we will say so — and we will not take the booking.
We never guarantee results
All surgery carries risk, and individual outcomes vary. Our marketing carries no promises of results, uses only authentic imagery, and is reviewed before publication.
Your consent is yours
You sign your medical consent and treatment agreement directly with the hospital or licensed provider. No image or testimonial of yours is ever used without your documented written consent.
Surgery is never pre-guaranteed
The surgeon retains the right to postpone or cancel at any point, including after you arrive, if proceeding would be unsafe. We build that possibility into your plan and your terms from the outset.
