Your quotation always separates the medical portion from the concierge portion. You contract for the medical care directly with the hospital or licensed provider.

Every exclusion is restated in your written quotation. If a cost could plausibly arise, we would rather you saw it before you commit than after.
Payment
Clear terms, agreed in writing
Before any money changes hands, you receive terms covering the booking deposit, the final payment deadline, who issues each invoice, refund processing, and what happens if the surgery is postponed or cancelled — by you, or by the surgeon.
Booking deposit
Secures your surgery date and accommodation once the surgeon has given provisional acceptance.
Balance before travel
Settled by the deadline stated in your agreement. Quotations are denominated in Vietnamese dong.
Separate invoices
The medical provider invoices the medical portion. MediGlow invoices the concierge portion. Nothing is bundled or obscured.
If plans change
Refund, postponement and cancellation terms are set out in advance — including the case where the surgeon determines you are not medically suitable.
